Ultrasonic flaw detector-thickener UDS2-RDM-34T
Ultrasonic flaw detector-thickener UDS2-RDM-34T is designed for non-destructive testing of metal structures of railroad bridges in order to detect metal corrosion, fatigue and corrosion-fatigue cracks, defects in welds, as well as for the control of metal structures of hoisting machines.
The device allows you to fulfill the requirements and implement the methods set forth in the following normative documents:
- OST 32100-87 “Ultrasonic inspection of welded joints of bridges, locomotives wagons”
- RD ROSEC-001-96 “Lifting machines. Metal structures Control, ultrasonic Basic provisions”.
- RD ROSEC-006-97 “Lifting machines. Metal structures.
- Ultrasonic thickness measurement. Fundamentals.”
The device can also be used for control of welded joints, for control of steam and hot water pipelines, steam and water heating boilers in accordance with RD 34.17.302-97 (OP 501 CD -97).
