Ultrasonic thickness gauge UTS-01-RDM with A-rollout is designed for measurement of residual wall thickness of products on rough surfaces subject to internal corrosion or erosion, under the layer of protective coating.
The thickness gauge is equipped with original ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers (PEP).
Highly efficient program processing of the received information provides reliability, accuracy and repeatability of the control results.

Operation mode of the thickness gauge:

1. thickness measurement under the protective coating layer
2. thickness measurement without protective coating layer

Observation of reflected signals (their shape and phase) allows to determine the current thickness with high reliability, while avoiding false signals.
In each of the modes the thickness gauge works with its setting number and parameters programmed in the non-volatile memory, with the possibility of changing the numerical values of the programmed parameters when forming the settings.

Thanks to the splash-proof and shock-proof housing, the thickness gauge can be reliably used in harsh environments.
