Ultrasonic flaw detector UDS2-RDM-33 is produced by special order
Ultrasonic flaw detector UDS2-RDM-33 is designed for ultrasonic inspection of welded joints of railroad rails and other products made of carbon and alloy steels and alloys.
The defectoscope can also be used for secondary inspection of railway rails of P43, P50, P65, P75 types laid in the track according to the results of mechanized inspection by ultrasonic and combined defectoscope cars and automatic trains, as well as for pre-welding inspection of rail end sections before their welding at rail-welding plants or on the track.
Two-channel flaw detector realizes echo-method, shadow method, mirror-shadow method, mirror-shadow method, mirror method and delta method of ultrasonic control at combined, separate and separate-separate-separate schemes of inclusion.

- The flaw detector is equipped with a variety of piezoelectric transducers with operating frequencies of 2.5 and 5.0 MHz, which retain their parameters in a wide range of operating temperatures.
